Last week, the Sullivan County, Tennessee, grand jury indicted Megan Boswell on 11 counts of filing false reports to the police.

The grand jury didn’t take too kindly to the fact that Megan Boswell started lying from the moment she started talking to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s deputies and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents.

Her first tale came when she told the police she didn’t know where her 15-month-old daughter, Evelyn Mae Boswell was.

The next lie came when she told the law enforcement officers that her toddler age daughter was with her mama, Angela Boswell, and her step-young-daddy, William McCloud. Megan Boswell also lied to the police about being pregnant.

The folks over at County gave her a jailhouse pregnancy test, which came back negative. Those 11 counts of lying to the po’ po’ are the least of Megan Boswell’s concerns.

According to Sullivan County Assistant District Attorney (ADA) Teresa Nelson, sometime between May 20, 2020 and June 19, 2020, she’s going to take a murder charge to the grand jury.

Back in March, after Evelyn Mae Boswell’s remains were found in a grave in Megan Boswell’s father’s backyard, Judge James Goodwin increased her bond from $25,000 to $150,000.

So...yeah, she ain't getting out anytime soon.
